We combine custom component machining with purchased standard parts to suit the tool, production machine and maintenance team. Specify an approved brand and part number or ask us to propose a documented bill of materials.
Component families
Structure: mold bases, plates, support pillars, spacers and locating rings. Guidance: guide pillars or leader pins, bushes, precision locks and alignment interfaces. Ejection: ejector pins, sleeves, blades, return pins and guided ejector systems. Actions: sliders, angle pins, lifters, wear plates, gibs and approved purchased mechanisms.
Thermal and feed systems: sprue bushings, runner components, cooling baffles, bubblers, plugs, couplings and specified hot-runner components. Service and identification: date inserts, cavity identification, cycle counters, sensors, transport locks and approved handling provisions. The bill of materials separates manufactured parts from purchased items and customer-supplied items.
A brand name is not a complete standard
DME, HASCO, Meusburger, MISUMI, FUTABA and LKM references may be specified in a customer program. These are supplier systems and product families, not interchangeable national standards. We confirm the actual series, dimensional system, revision and availability. Brand names here identify possible customer specifications, not authorization, affiliation or an unrestricted stock promise.

| Electrical interfaces | Supply ratings, heater zones, thermocouple type and polarity, connector part numbers, pin assignments and earth connection. |

A practical quotation package
Send the BOM, assembly drawing, target machine sheet and approved supplier list. Identify mandatory original-brand parts and the items for which alternatives may be proposed. Any substitution should be approved before manufacture; a similar appearance or nominal size does not establish fit or function.
