START WITH YOUR REQUIREMENT

Tell us what you need made.
Or what is not working.

Paste the same brief you would send to a sourcing engineer. You do not need to shorten a detailed requirement into a product keyword or complete every technical field before starting.

We handle mold manufacture, precision mold components, sample tooling, plastic molding and engineering review. General aluminum or stainless product machining is not the focus of this website.

What to include

What is being purchased? Complete mold, mold component, molded samples, a production run, assembly and packaging, process automation or engineering work. Include the component name, application and drawing revision.

For automation and assembly: include the product bill of materials, current process video, existing cycle time and staffing if known, common defects, target good-part output, product variants, packing specification, available space and installation location. Specify whether you need production with us, one improved workstation or agreed tooling and equipment for your factory.

Material: distinguish the mold steel from the molded resin. State grade, supplied condition, required hardness or filler content where relevant. Mark material selection as open when advice is needed.

Critical requirements: dimensions with units, tolerances and datums, surface finish, cosmetic areas, fit, function, ESD or temperature targets, and how acceptance will be measured.

Quantity and timing: quantity per drawing, first samples versus repeat demand, target first-trial date, required arrival date and delivery country. State which deadline is fixed.

Current stage: concept, drawing ready, material trial, existing mold, failed samples or supplier transfer. Explain the problem and what a successful result means.

Documentation: available 2D/3D files, inspection records, sample photographs and any required material, trial or handover documents.

A short inquiry is also welcome

A clear part name and a real question are enough to start. We can clarify missing details through engineering review rather than treating an incomplete brief as an unsuitable project.

The email link opens your email application. It is not a website form submission, and no message is sent automatically.

Before sharing confidential drawings: request an NDA and agree the file-transfer method. A public image library is not a private engineering document repository.

What happens next

We review the brief, identify questions or risks, agree the engineering scope and then prepare the appropriate quotation and delivery proposal. Cost, feasibility and lead time depend on the actual project review.
