AUTOMATION & PRODUCT DELIVERY
Production.
Assembly. Packaging.
From molded parts to assembled, inspected and packed products. We connect product and mold engineering with the fixtures, process steps and automation your project needs.
Start with a new product, a manual bottleneck or an existing process that needs improvement.

Build around the product.
Manual, assisted or automated: select the route after reviewing the part, volume, product changes and acceptance requirements.
Production & handling
Review molding, part take-out, orientation, locating and transfer to the next operation.
Product assembly
Evaluate component loading, pressing, fastening, ultrasonic welding or other agreed joining operations.
Inspection & separation
Define what must be checked, how defects are detected and how nonconforming parts are kept separate.
Packing & identification
Match trays, tape and reel, bags or cartons to the product, with agreed counting and identification.

Show us the part.
Explain the bottleneck.
Share the product or assembly drawing, bill of materials, current process video, known defects, target output, product variants, packing format and installation location. An early brief can begin with a sample and a problem.
Before investment, agree the process boundary, equipment interfaces, operator tasks, safety review, sample trials and acceptance criteria. Where specialist equipment is required, define each party’s responsibility and handover scope.
What the review should produce
A process proposal, fixture or station scope, validation plan and quotation basis. Cycle time, staffing, yield, changeover and delivery are agreed after review and demonstrated against the project acceptance plan.
No universal cycle-time, labor-saving or return-on-investment promise. Confidential drawings can be shared after an NDA and file-transfer arrangement are agreed.
