MOLD MAKING
Precision molds
for your production.
We manufacture molds for production in our facility or delivery to your factory. Materials, geometry, cavity layout, molding conditions and acceptance requirements are reviewed together before manufacture.
Design & Engineering
Material selection, ESI, DFM and CAE or Moldflow analysis support the design review. The tooling concept covers parting, gating, cooling, ejection and maintenance access.
Mold Components
Precision machining for cores, cavities, inserts, slides and other tooling parts. CNC, EDM, wire cutting, grinding and finishing are selected to suit the mold requirements.
Tool steels and stainless mold steels are available according to the application. Individual mold components can also be supplied.
Fitting & Assembly
Mold components are assembled and checked for fit, movement and the required mold functions before sampling.
Trials & Inspection
Trial results, molded samples and critical dimensions are reviewed against the project requirements. Findings and agreed changes are tracked before approval.
DELIVERY
Your mold. Your production plan.
Molding with us
Approved tooling can stay with us for sample runs, pilot production and repeat molding.
Delivery to your factory
Domestic and overseas handover can include the agreed drawings, spare parts, trial records and packing arrangements.
