Define finish and function together
Specify the base material and grade before requesting a surface process. Not every resin can be plated or painted using the same chemistry. A finish can also affect a fit, electrical contact, sealing surface or subsequent bond. We review the whole sequence, including surfaces that must remain untreated.
Agree measurable acceptance requirements: finished dimensions, coating thickness where relevant, appearance zones, color and gloss references, adhesion, wear or chemical tests appropriate to the application. Test methods, conditioning and sample quantities belong in the project specification, not in a blanket website promise.
One engineering interface
NewwaySmart manages the agreed finishing and assembly scope through one technical and delivery contact. We retain coordination of specifications, approved samples, change control, inspection and delivery. Customers can buy an individual operation within a defined project or a complete molded, finished and assembled product.
