ENGINEERING THROUGH DELIVERY
Start before the drawing
is frozen.
Early supplier involvement. Practical engineering. Production-minded delivery.
NewwaySmart supports the complete route from product requirements to a mold, a batch of components or assembled products. Every stage can also be purchased separately. You do not need to place a production order before discussing a material, drawing or manufacturing problem.

The project route and its deliverables
| 1. ESI and requirements | Application, operating conditions, critical features, quantities, commercial scope, risks and responsibility matrix. |
| 2. Material and product engineering | Candidate grades, structure and assembly review, dimensional strategy and a plan for material or functional trials. |
| 3. DFM and CAE | Wall sections, draft, parting, gates, cooling and ejection; simulation questions, assumptions and recommendations in the agreed report. |
| 4. Tool design | Mold structure, cavity layout, purchased-part BOM, machine interfaces, cooling and electrical details, revision approval. |
| 5. Component manufacture | Cores, cavities, pins, inserts and mechanisms; steel and hardness verification, CNC/EDM/grinding, finishing and component inspection. |
| 6. Fitting and mold assembly | Fits, shut-offs, alignment, action sequences, maintenance access, circuit and connection checks. |
| 7. Trials and validation | Defined trial stages, cavity-identified samples, process sheets, dimensional and appearance checks, corrective-action closure. |
| 8. Production and secondary finishing | Pilot or repeat molding, agreed process controls, trimming, machining, coatings, painting or marking as specified. |
| 9. Automation and assembly | Handling, inspection, assembly and packaging operations matched to required good output, product variation and changeover. |
| 10. Packing and handover | Approved product or tool, agreed records, spares, maintenance information, protective packing and delivery coordination. |
Two delivery destinations, one controlled project
Keep the tool with us: proceed through pilot builds, repeat production, finishing, assembly and packed product delivery. Send it to your factory: agree the target press, trial acceptance, documentation, spare parts, packing and installation support before the tool is built. Export delivery does not replace the manufacturing specification.
Change control matters as much as the first design
Record which drawing, material and process revision produced each trial. Agree the impact of changes on tool cost, delivery dates, finished appearance and downstream operations. A simulation, a successful first shot or one inspected component is useful evidence, but none alone constitutes approval of the complete production program.
Start with what you have
A sketch, CAD model, sample, failed part or supplier-transfer brief can start the discussion. Include the intended function and the decision you need to make. We identify the missing information and propose a practical next step rather than assuming every project needs the same development package.
