Have a component drawing, a worn insert or a tool build that needs extra machining capacity? We supply drawing-based mold components, independently or as part of a complete mold.
CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting, grinding and finishing are selected around the features of the tool component. This service is for tooling parts, not general-purpose machined product parts.
What you can request
Cores and cavity blocks: shaping surfaces, reference faces, cooling features and fitting interfaces.
Precision inserts: localized molding details, replaceable wear areas and replacement components for existing tooling.
Sliders and lifters: drawing-based components with mating and movement requirements reviewed together.
Define the finished condition
Specify the exact steel grade, supplied condition and required final hardness. Tool steel and stainless mold steel are reviewed against the drawing; grade names alone do not establish equivalent heat treatment or finished performance.
Mark the critical dimensions and datums rather than applying the tightest tolerance to every surface. Include surface roughness, polishing or texture references, sharp-feature limitations and fitting allowances where relevant. We confirm what can be accepted after reviewing the actual geometry and measurement method.

Part number and drawing revision; 2D drawing and available 3D model; steel grade and hardness; quantity per drawing; critical tolerances and finish; matching-component information; inspection documents; required arrival date and delivery country.
Replacing an insert? Include tool identification, the mating geometry and the observed wear or failure. A photograph alone may not define a replacement fit.
What we confirm: manufacturing scope, drawing questions, inspection basis and a proposed delivery plan. Quantity and timing are project inputs, not an automatic delivery promise.
