PROJECT ARCHIVE / AUTOMATION EQUIPMENT

A dispensing machine.
Built as an assembly.

Manufacturing and assembly support for automatic dispensing equipment, based on customer-supplied 2D and 3D drawings. The focus is the assembled machine, not a catalog of individual machined product parts.

Dispensing equipment in the project presentation

The customer requirement

Supply the complete machine structure, manufacture its specified components, assemble the equipment and arrange delivery. The recorded design input was a customer drawing package.

Recorded project scope

Profile structures, sheet-metal elements, electrical components and standard electronic modules were included in the manufacturing and assembly scope. Specified finishes included anodizing, baked paint, screen printing and laser marking.

Project stages: the presentation lists a five-set initial build and a 730-set small-batch stage. Its separate 1,000-set reference concerns some parts entering repeat production; it is not treated as 1,000 complete machines.

What this example demonstrates

Coordinating structures, purchased components and assembly around one machine build. This supports a discussion about dedicated workstations or equipment build-to-print alongside a product manufacturing program.

Define the equipment boundary

Is the requirement build-to-print, a mechanical assembly, integration of specified modules or new process development? Include the approved drawings, bill of materials, control-system responsibility, required checks and handover documents.

The source does not establish ownership of the dispensing software, a verified dosing accuracy, autonomous vision capability or a certified turnkey production cell. Those capabilities are not inferred from making and assembling the machine structure.
