PLASTIC PART PRODUCTION

Precision & Production Injection Molding

From first approved samples and pilot builds to repeat supply, with tooling, inspection and downstream operations coordinated around your product.

A production route, not only a molding cycle

We supply conventional and precision plastic parts and can include mold development, material review, trials, secondary operations, assembly and packing. Applications include connector components, consumer-electronics housings, industrial enclosures, power-tool parts, packaging and other agreed molded products. Micro molding, multi-component molding and insert molding have their own engineering reviews within the wider production program.

New tools and existing-tool projects

For a new product, drawings, material and acceptance criteria are reviewed before tool design and sampling. For an existing tool, provide its construction information, current condition, maintenance history, machine requirements and recent sample results. We review compatibility and the work needed for a controlled production start. A transfer is not accepted solely from the tool’s external dimensions or the last supplier’s cycle-time statement.

Material and colorResin grade, filler, color reference, additives, permitted substitutions and required documentation.
Product definitionCurrent drawing, assembly interfaces, appearance zones, critical dimensions and approved sample.
DemandFirst order, forecast and call-off quantities, variant mix, packaging quantity and required arrival dates.
Quality planFirst-off checks, cavity identification, in-process and final checks, functional tests and agreed records.
Downstream workTrimming, suitable finishing, printing, marking, joining, assembly and final packaging as ordered.

Approve the sample and its production definition

Samples are associated with the material, tool revision, cavity and trial conditions. Dimensional, cosmetic and functional requirements are reviewed separately. Changes affecting fit or appearance are agreed before release. The production specification records the approved material and process basis, inspection method and packaging, providing a practical reference for repeat orders instead of relying only on a retained sample.

Add assembly and packing where they create value

The scope can include manual or assisted assembly, ultrasonic welding, printing, marking and product-specific packing. Automated take-out, inspection and packaging are evaluated against part stability, changeovers and accepted output. The quotation distinguishes production quantities, tooling investment and additional operations so a customer can order the complete route or selected stages.

How are tolerance and lead time confirmed?

We review the actual part, resin, tooling condition, measurement and capacity requirements. Separate the first-trial date, sample approval, production completion and delivery to the destination. A capability figure from another part or a tool-steel inspection does not automatically set the molded-product tolerance.
