MOLDS & MOLDED PRODUCTS / APPLICATIONS

Start with precision components.
Continue to production.

Conventional molds, two-shot and three-shot tools, insert molding and finished plastic products.

NewwaySmart supplies cores, cavities and inserts, complete molds and injection-molded parts. Our work can extend from early engineering and DFM through tool manufacture, trials, production, finishing, assembly and packaging. Customers can purchase these stages separately or as one agreed program.

Power tools

Housing, handle and battery-case molds; precision tool components and molded parts. Review conventional or multi-component production with the actual assembly and material requirements.

Cosmetic packaging

Molds and molded packaging cases, with agreed painting, printing, suitable plating, assembly and protection of finished surfaces.

Medical instruments

Instrument housing molds and molded enclosures. Define the drawings, material requirements, assembly scope and acceptance documents before tooling.

Automotive lighting

Lighting housing molds and related plastic enclosures, with defined appearance, mating interfaces, inspection and finishing requirements.

Industrial instruments

Enclosure molds, replacement tool components and molded housing supply, from first samples to repeat production and agreed assembly.

Consumer electronics

Plastic housing molds, multi-component molding and appearance finishing. Where needed, include separately defined insert or silicone-overmolding work.

One technical and delivery contact

NewwaySmart handles the project requirements, engineering communication, design changes, inspection criteria and delivery coordination. The quotation defines the manufacturing stages, trial records, finishing and handover items included in the order.

Tools for your factory or production with us

For exported tools, tell us the receiving machine, factory tooling requirements, acceptance procedure, spare components and documentation needed. For molded supply, define material grades, quantities, appearance references, assembly operations and final packaging. An incomplete drawing or an existing production problem can start an early engineering discussion.
